This was a difficult property; I had been trying to figure out how to sell it for the last few years. Via a friend, I was put in contact with John. John quickly came up with a plan and a buyer was found within a couple of weeks. The entire process through closing was very easy; I never had to leave my house. If I ever again need to sell a property, I will certainly give John a call.

John was very quick to respond and was great at working with us and the selling agent to keep the process moving. This property had some construction and maintenance issues that John was knowledgeable about beyond what you expect from most brokers.

Things happened fast for us with the purchase and sale of our homes. John was wonderful from the start to finish with both homes. He was always available for us and communicated with us great.
